Requesting a transcript of UWHS course work

All students who complete a UWHS course or courses establish a permanent UW record, and any grades they receive are recorded on their UW official transcript.

To obtain a University of Washington transcript, visit www.washington.edu/students/reg/transcripts.html, or call 206-543-5940.

UWHS course work will appear as regular University of Washington credit on the student’s transcript.
