Becoming a member is easy. The $90 annual membership fee covers the period from January through December. The program is designed for participants who are 50 years and over. However, anyone can become a member.

To become a member, print and complete the OLLI - UW membership form. You may pay your $90 membership fee either by personal check or by using Visa or MasterCard. There is no refund of membership fees.

There are several payment options:
 

• Telephone: Call 206-543-2310. Please have your MasterCard/Visa number ready.
• Fax: Fax your membership enrollment form to 206-685-9359. Don't forget to include your MasterCard/Visa number.
• In Person: UW Educational Outreach Registration Services is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., at the following address (see map):
