SIGN UP FOR COURSES

After you have submitted your membership form and $90 payment, you can sign up for an unlimited number of OLLI - UW courses and special events. Take advantage of your OLLI - UW membership and sign up for thought-provoking courses today.

To sign up for courses and special events, print and complete the registration form. There is a fee of $5 per course. Some courses have additional fees to cover direct expenses. List all the courses you would like to attend, including the registration numbers.

There are several ways to submit your registration:

• Fax: Fax your registration form to 206-685-9359.
• In Person: UW Educational Outreach Registration Services is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., at the following address (see map):
