Introduction to World Religions: Eastern Traditions
RELIG 202 (W, I&S) A study of major religious traditions of Asia, including Hinduism, Sikhism, Jainism, Buddhism, Inner Asian Shamanism, Confucianism and Taoism, and Shinto. For each of these traditions, students learn about its history and mythology, its great themes and ideas, as well as the rituals and rites that shape the tradition.
