After successfully completing ESCI N160 and N170, students receive a University of Washington certificate.

ESCI N160 - Improve your written English language skills in science and industry contexts. Focuses on vocabulary and grammar used in defining, explaining processes and procedures, and presenting data. Suggested placement: Level 6 or higher on the UWOELST or completion of Advanced Academic English.
