TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

Students in the MSPCI program should be equipped with the following in order to complete their coursework:

• A home or work computer equipped with a 56 Kbps or faster modem and Internet access.
• Students in the western Washington region will use a UW Uniform Access account, which provides local dial-up modem access. Those outside the coverage area will need an Internet service provider capable of running either Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator, version 6.02 or higher.
• Computers three years old or less should have sufficient memory, operating system configuration and monitor resolution appropriate for this program.
