Learn the basics of software testing, including documentation, and efficient and effective practices. Examine the language of the field, quality assurance, control processes, and methodology. Discover how to design tests for various types of functionality as well as for usability and compatibility. Study all the major elements of the software quality and testing process.

The program is located in Downtown Seattle.
