Dedicated to their profession, the following instructors share their on-the-job experiences with their students.
Gail Anderson
Teacher-Librarian, Kamiak High School, Mukilteo School District
Anderson has taught intermediate grades and has been a teacher-librarian and an instructional coach at both the elementary and high school level in Washington State for 19 years.
Steve Goodwin
Library Coordinator, Edmonds School District
Goodwin has taught in Australia, Alaska and Washington state, including 28 years as a teacher-librarian and technology specialist.
Debra Kilcup
Teacher-Librarian, Woodland Elementary School
Kilcup is a National Board Certified teacher-librarian who has served in elementary schools for more than 20 years in Washington State. She has also helped improve libraries in rural South Africa.
Teresa McCausland
Teacher-Librarian, Inglemoor High School, Northshore School District
McCausland has taught at both elementary and secondary schools for over 19 years. The last eight years have been as a teacher-librarian at the high school level.
Dee McKenna

McKenna was the director of the Kegoayah Kozga Library in Alaska for 19 years. Her responsibilities included library services to native communities and training for school and public library staffs in the organization of information, evaluation and selection of materials, policies, reference resources and skills, and Internet connectivity.
Geneva Norton
District Librarian, Shoreline School District
Norton has more than 12 years of experience cataloging materials and training library media specialists.
Chris Wolfe
Griffin Middle School, Griffin School District
A National Board Certified teacher-librarian, Wolfe has taught K-12 students in both school and public library settings for over 20 years, including a year in New South Wales, Australia.
