Ben Bleything

Ben Bleything has been developing software since 2001, and made the switch to Ruby in 2005. He is active in the international and local Ruby community as a current member of the Seattle Ruby Brigade, a former member of the Portland Ruby Brigade, a conference speaker, and author. Ben's hackerly interests include systems integration and automation as well as the more esoteric worlds of computational music and art. He maintains and contributes to a number of open source projects and feels strongly about the Ruby way.

Jeremy Lightsmith

Lightsmith spends most of his time and energy building highly performant software development teams. A seasoned agile coach, trainer and facilitator, Jeremy excels at creating environments where teams can discover how they work best. He has a deep understanding of agile, and is constantly looking for better ways to share knowledge and collaborate. Jeremy's Ruby on Rails production experience comes from his time at Pivotal where he helped 4 small companies design, build and deploy rails sites.
