Robin Reynolds-Haertle
Reynolds-Haertle is the author of OOP with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Visual C# .NET Step by Step. She has more than 15 years experience in programming and data analysis. Reynolds-Haertle works for Microsoft as a programmer/writer, writing articles and code examples for the Visual Basic .NET and C# languages. She holds a master's of software engineering from Seattle University, and a master's in biomathematics from the University of Washington.
Randal Root
Root is a senior consultant specializing in technical education. For the last eight years, he has provided training at both businesses and schools, such as Microsoft, the University of Washington, and Bellevue Community College. His subjects include Windows, Web, and Database programming, as well as networking and administration. Recently, he co-authored the book A Tester's Guide to .NET Programming (Apress), and is currently working on another. Randal holds several Microsoft professional certifications including MCSE, MCP+I, MCDBA, and MCAD and has worked in the industry as a network administrator and programmer since the 1980s.
David Figge
Figge has over 25 years of experience in software development, with an exceptionally diverse background. Figge splits his time between consulting and teaching, bridging the traditional gap between education and industry.
