Students admitted into the certificate program take these courses with MBA students. The homework expectations, curriculum pace and quantitative rigor will be same as students taking the courses as part of their marketing concentration in the MBA program.

Extension students admitted into the program take these courses for continuing education unit (CEU) credit rather than University of Washington graduate credit. Grading is on a "successful complete"/ "unsuccessful complete" basis. To earn a successful complete in a course, extension students must satisfactorily complete homework assignments, attend at least 80% of the classes and actively participate in class activities. Students who receive an unsuccessful complete in a course may not continue taking courses in the program.

Program participants are given priority in placement into these graduate courses on a space available basis.
