Dan Gallagher
Director of Estimating, Absher Construction
Gallagher has more than 12 years of experience in construction project management and estimating. After earning a bachelor of science degree in construction management from Central Washington University, he worked as an estimator and project manager for several construction firms in the Pacific Northwest, successfully obtaining more than $200 million of public bid work over the past six years.
Marni Hogen
Senior Safety Engineer
Hogen earned a masters degree in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota. After earning her degree, she worked for several years in the private sector as a senior administrator responsible for development, planning and implementation of environmental health and safety policies and procedures. Since 2001, she has been a safety engineer for M.A. Mortenson Company, where she conducts safety training for company employees and customers, and serves as team member resource on environmental, safety and indoor air quality issues.
Doug Sage
Principal, Gram Sage Graves, Inc.
Sage received his construction management degree from the University of Washington in 1975. Since that time, he has worked for major local general contractors as an estimator and project manager. He is currently a principal at Gram Sage Graves, Inc., a construction management services company that provides owner's representative and management services to the building industry. His projects have included schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and office buildings, mixed-use buildings and more.
David Westmoreland
Estimator, PCL Construction Services, Inc.
Westmoreland has over 7 years Estimating experience and 170 million dollars worth of work he has been directly responsible for since graduating from the University of Washington’s Construction Management Program. He is chair of the Education/Certification Committee for the American Society of Professional Estimators Local Chapter 45 and teaches CTS Courses for the AGC.
