You have two ways to apply for admission. The application fee is the same for both versions, and no preference is given to online applications versus paper. All applications are considered equally regardless of how they are sent. However, applying online ensures that the UW will receive your application on the same day you send it, and it will likely speed up the processing of your application.
- Apply Online:
You can complete your entire application online via the main UW Web site.
- Apply by Mail:
Download the application files:
You can download and print a PDF version of the paper application and fill it out using a typewriter or pen. (To download PDFs, you need the free Adobe Reader software.) Download all three files:
Request an application:
You can complete the Information Request Form to receive an application packet by mail.
